1. Digital Product Nature
All our guides, planners, and digital assets are deemed “used” after download or opening. Since there is no way to “return” a digital file, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions to the Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We may consider a refund or exchange under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, we will refund the second charge.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access the file after multiple attempts and our technical support cannot resolve the issue.
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link within 24 hours (please check your Spam/Junk folder first).
3. How to Request Assistance

4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (claiming you didn’t receive a product you actually downloaded) is a violation of our terms and may result in being blacklisted from future purchases.
